Summer Heat Fire Camp

This camp will empower young women to have the courage and confidence to choose any career path they desire.

Each participant in Summer Heat will become CPR/First-Aid Certified, if they choose.

About the Week

This camp will encourage young women to push through any mental, emotional, and physical barriers they may have, through a series of fire related challenges. Other activities may include; an aerial ladder climb, search and rescue techniques, vehicle extrication, and working with hose lines while suited up in protective firefighting gear and breathing apparatus.

The highlight of the week is a live fire exercise where the Summer Heat participants will extinguish a real propane fire!

Just like real firefighters, these young women will participate in team building and camaraderie.

There are no physical requirements in order to participate in this summer camp program.
We encourage all to apply.
